6 Managerial Skills for Manager

To be successful perfectly, “6 Managerial Skills for Manager” training course was delicately prepared by Human Resources Department of Siam Motors Co., Ltd and Strategic Business Development Center. The course is set up for our SMG affiliates in manager level in order to guide them being a great leader and efficient manager. Knowledge about planning and time management skill, solving a problem and decision-making skill, work improvement skill, change management skill, team management skill, and conflict management skill, are combined in the class during 8 – 9 July 2019. We were honored by Mr. Pisit Chokpeecha as an instructor who is very an expertise in leadership development and team building.
