Basic Service Excellence

On 10th October 2019, Human Resource Development Department of Siam Motors Co., Ltd.  provided the training course under the topic “Basic Service Excellence” for 33 participants of Siam Motors Group. Being more customer-focused and providing Service Excellence is becoming a significant advantage in a business competition. It helps business to win clients in an extremely competitive environment nowadays. Likewise, the participants were educated how to impress their customers and colleagues. We were honored by Mr. Sutat Yai-in from Training2Goal Co., Ltd who is an expert instructor in area of Services, Communication, and Teambuilding.
