  • Can work in Chonburi / Pattaya / Bangkok

Responsibilities:

  • วางแผน สร้างระบบ บริหารการจัดการ Golf operation ให้ดีเยี่ยม
  • ติดตาม ประเมิน ปรับปรุงผลงาน ตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
  • สร้างกลยุทธ์ พร้อมกระบวนการดำเนินงานให้เกิดผลสำเร็จ
  • ผู้นำในการจัดงานต่างๆในระดับนานาชาติ เช่น WAAP ,HLPGA
  • สามารถให้คำแนะนำ และแก้ปัญหางานบริการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • เข้าใจธุรกิจ และมีไหวพริบในการบริหารงานกิจการ Golf ได้
  • มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และติดต่อกับชุมชนได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และสามารถหาแนวทางแก้ไขได้เป็นอย่างดี

Sales Officer/Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Seek clients

  • Planning for clients
  • Contact with clients.
  • Create a customer account details tracking task.
  • Prepare to meet our customers every day

The sale of goods

  • Prepare Quotation
  • Follow up to bid
  • Negotiate terms of sale
  • The result of the sale / to approve the sale
  • Prepare contracts.
  • Preparation of sales reports.

The delivery

  • Coordinate with SHE-Fac + Install Div.
  • Coordinate with Credit Control Div.
  • Respond to customer’s complaints
  • Join in handover with Install Div.+ Service & Parts Sales Div.

The preparation of the report

  • Prepare a Loss report

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, aged 22-30
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or electrical / mechanical engineering
  • No experience required
  • Experience in sales is an advantage

Credit and Collection Manager

Location

1 position based in Thailand & 1 position based in Cambodia

Job Responsibilities

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform credit risk assessment of customers in compliance with credit policy.
  • Conduct credit review to oversee credit worthiness of customers.
  • Manage and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Monitor and follow up overdue and bad debt accounts.
  • Prepare management report and other reports
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignment

Qualification for all position

  • A bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Finance or related filed.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in leasing business or banking industry.
  • Good conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
  • Initiative and proactive in identifying key risk issues.
  • Able to travel upcountry.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.

Membership Sale & Relation Officer – Golf Club

Location

Chonburi

Job Responsibilities

Membership & Sales – Sale memberships. Manage all membership enquiries, coordinating and accurately maintaining the Club’s membership database. Analyze membership data and produce monthly membership reports for the General Manager.

Relationship – Information on customers obtained from various sources — such as the company’s website, live. Develop and maintain professional understanding of customer base to assist Manager deepening current relationships. Perform as key contact for selected customer relationships under Manager guidance. Review independently all documents and link entire customer accounts to suitable relationship. Provide securities details, quotes and valuations to customers. Collect mandatory information to analyze client situation.

Communications – Responsible for all content on the Club’s website and on social media being accurate and up to date, regularly updating the Member’s news page and producing a bi-weekly e-newsletter to all members.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female – Thai Nationality age. 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or related fields
  • Highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Good command of English  (TOEIC at least 500)
  • Good computer literacy (M.S. Office)
  • Excellent communication  and  interpersonal  skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be able relocate to Chonburi
