The recruitment procedure is adopted on integrity basis. Many effective examinations are arranged to test applicants such as an attitude and intellection examination, a professional aptitude examination, and a basic operational skill examination, etc. After that they are to interview by the committee which consists of many qualified persons of Siam Motors Group. The committee finally selects a suitable position to the applicant. Such position is to be proper to the applicant’s skill, aptitude and ability.
