| The Company continuously concerns about the human resource administration and management since the human resource is a key success factor of the Company as one philosophy of Dr. Thaworn Phornprapha, the founder of the Company, that “Good children are assets of the family, good employees are assets of the company and good citizens are assets of the country.” The policies are presented as follows :-
Human Resource Recruitment Policy
The recruitment procedure is adopted on integrity basis. Many effective examinations are arranged to test applicants such as an attitude and intellection examination, a professional aptitude examination, and a basic operational skill examination, etc. After that they are to interview by the committee which consists of many qualified persons of Siam Motors Group. The committee finally selects a suitable position to the applicant. Such position is to be proper to the applicant’s skill, aptitude and ability.
Human Resource Development Policy
All employees in all positions of the Company are individually assigned to set an Individual Development Plan in accordance with each personal career path. In order to encourage the employees, the employees are not only trained by both internal and external experts in a form of in-house training or a form of public training, but are also allowed to jointly set up his own plan.
Welfare Policy
The Company provides a standard welfare to the employees, such as medical cares for the employees and their family, provident funds, and annual seminar and training budgets, etc.
Performance Assessment Policy
The Company adopts the principles of Key Performance Indicator in order to assess the employees in accordance with their performance and on justice basis. In this respect, the employees have roles to jointly set up their working objectives and action plans. Such indicators are annually considered by the Company on integrity basis for salaries, bonuses and positions adjustments.
