The people of Thailand have reasons to be proud of Dr. Thaworn Phornprapha who founded this business on the strength of his personal achievement, knowledge and technical acumen. Beginning in 1952 as a firm trading in old trucks and spare parts, Siam Motors Co., Ltd. originally had a staff of only 20 persons. Dr. Thaworn used patient study and constant expansion to gradually build his business to where it became the official distributor of Nissan and Datsun automobiles in Thailand
At present Siam Motors Co., Ltd. is under the management of Dr. Phornthep Phornprapha, the President and CEO who is caring out the goal of Dr. Thaworn Phornprapha who founded, executed and continuously expanded the group's business and also expanded the distribution of a variety of products. Siam Motors Group consists of 58 companies with a work force of over 18,000 and 25 factories, divided business into six corporate groups.
